General conditions of sale
All our sales, whether through the webshop or any other sales organ of Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv, are binding and final, without any possibility of return. Sales are always per packing unit or minimum order quantity. Un Message de Vie / Religie Regina bv is therefore free to change and deliver the quantity ordered by the customer, as such. When the customer receives the order confirmation, the customer is free to make any changes within 48 hours after sending the order confirmation.

Each order of a product from our web store, assumes that the customer has read these sales conditions and the customer consequently agrees with them. This also means that there is no need to have a signed document of these sales conditions when ordering.

The customer represents that he/she has the proper legal capacity to accept these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 1 : Integrity
The current general conditions of sale express the obligations of each party.
Article 2 : Subject matter
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to frame the rights and obligations of each party concerning the sales of articles and services, offered by Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv to the customer.
Article 3 : Contractual documents
The present contract is formed by the various documents, listed below in descending order :
the general sales conditions, the order form, the delivery note and the invoice. A copy of the order form is sent under the form of an order confirmation to the customer, at the e-mail address provided by him. In the absence of this, the order form is binding. Within the period of 3 days, following this order confirmation, the customer can make any changes. After this period, Un Message de Vie / Religie Regin bv is not bound to take these changes into account. Orders may be made in 2 partial shipments. The shipping costs are at any time at the expense of the customer.
Article 4 : Beginning and end of the contract
The general terms and conditions of sale apply at the time of receiving the order form. They are also binding during the processing of the order form and the delivery of the products and/or services, until the time prescribed by law.
Article 5 : Terms of payment
All orders and invoices are payable a priori in cash. Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv may assign a different due date, consequently the invoice is then payable at the latest on the due date indicated. In case of late payment, interest will be due at the rate of 36% per year, counting from the due date mentioned on the invoice. In case of non-payment, damages will be claimed at 15% per year. In addition, all legal costs shall be borne by the customer. New customers must pay the first year in advance, thereafter the due date may be adjusted.
Article 6 : Right of ownership
The delivered goods remain the property of Un Message de Vie / Religie Regina bv, until the day of full payment. If payment is not made on time, Un Message de Vie / Religie Regina bv has the right to take back the goods, thus nullifying the sale. Damage and/or theft of the goods will be charged to the customer. Any advances are automatically withheld and are not claimable back. This also implies that any risks during transport are the responsibility of the customer as soon as the goods are handed over by Un Message de Vie / Religie Regina bv to the transport company.
Article 7 : Information about the products
7-a Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv offers articles and services that comply with European Legislation, and lists the characteristics features so that the customer can get a good idea about the product he/she wants to buy.
7-b The prices listed are valid while supplies last. We assume no responsibility regarding possible errors in compositions and finishes of articles, as well as printing and typesetting errors on catalogs and web store. Also, the photos used are not contractually binding and are for informational purposes only. All pictures on the web store, catalog or other carriers are property of Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv and may not be used for other publications without prior approval. Article 8 : Price
The indicated prices in Euros are valid at the time of ordering by the customer. The prices are exclusive of VAT and possible shipping costs, they are given as an indication but may be changed without prior notice by Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv. The invoices are made according to the rates and conditions valid on the day of delivery.
Article 9 : Availability of the products
The articles offered by Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv are available. Unavailable articles will be placed in backorder and will be sent to you asap. If the reasonable period is exceeded, you can refuse these articles or they will automatically be deleted by Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv.
Article 10 : Delivery terms
The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on his order form. The customer must check the packaging of the items upon delivery and in case of damage, immediately indicate it to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as make a written notification to Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv via email to info@umdv-rr.be and this within 3 days. Regarding the shipment, we choose the appropriate transport partner (Bpost, GLS, DPD) according to the customer's wishes.
Transport cost overview - Orders with an invoice value excl.VAT on delivery :
* < 500.00 € = actual cost
* 500.00 € < Invoice value < = 1,000.00 € --> 3% of invoice amount
* 1,000.00 € < Invoice value <= 2,500.00 € --> 2% of invoice amount
* Invoice value > 2,500.00 € --> 1.5% of invoice amount
Delivery time depends and fluctuates between 24h and 7 working days.
We are not responsible for any consequences arising from or as a result of transport. This means that the goods are always dispatched at the customer's risk, so that in case of delay, loss, damage or theft, it is up to him to take the initiative and to address the complaint to the relevant transport company.
Article 11 : Problems with delivery separate from transport
Any difference on delivery (damage, missing or faulty product compared to the delivery note, etc.) must be notified using the enclosed 'Claims' form. It is important that you fill in this document correctly and send the necessary evidence (in case of damage, clear pictures) to info@umdv-rr.be. And this within 5 working days after delivery date. Non-compliance with this deadline or incorrectly completed documents may render the complaint inadmissible and relieve Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv of any responsibility towards the customer. In addition, for the complaint to be admissible, the value of the breakage or damage must exceed 5% of the total invoiced value, excluding VAT, shipping and administrative costs.
In case of wrong delivery or exchange, the products must be returned to Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv, in the original packaging and in one of the following ways :

To be accepted, you must first notify the customer service department of Un Message de Vie/ Religie Regina bv. This can preferably be done by mail to info@umdv-rr.be. Only returns provided with our approval can give rise to a credit note. The possible credit note or exchange can only be made when the articles are back in Tongeren. This also means that damage or errors on delivery cannot be a reason not to settle the invoice amount at the previously agreed and indicated time.
Article 12 : Errors on delivery
The consumer will have to formulate to the company UN MESSAGE DE VIE / RELIGION REGINA BV, on the day of delivery or at the latest within 5 calendar days following the delivery, any complaint concerning a delivery error and/or a non-conformity of the products in type or quality with respect to the indications on the order form. Any complaint submitted after this period will be rejected. The formulation of this complaint with the special document with the company UN MESSAGE DE VIE / RELIGION REGINA BV can be made:

* Any complaint not made according to the rules defined above and within the time limits cannot be taken into account and releases the company UN MESSAGE DE VIE / RELIGION REGINA BV from any liability to the consumer.
* In case of delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in its entirety and in its original packaging to the company UN MESSAGE DE VIE / RELIGION REGINA BV at the following address:

To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to the customer service department of the company UN MESSAGE DE VIE / RELIGION REGINA BV. In addition, the value of the damage must exceed 5% of the total value of the invoiced amount, excluding VAT, shipping and administrative costs.
Article 13 : Product warranty
In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, its provisions cannot deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee that obliges the professional seller to guarantee the consumer against all consequences of hidden defects of the item sold. The consumer is expressly informed that the company UN MESSAGE DE VIE / RELIGIE REGINA BV is not the manufacturer of the products presented on the website, within the meaning of Law No. 98-389 of May 19, 1998 on liability for defective products. Consequently, in case of damage caused to a person or a good due to a defect in the product, only the liability of the producer of the product can be invoked by the consumer, based on the information appearing on the product's packaging.
Article 14 : Right of withdrawal
All our sales are final, with no possibility of return. We do not return automatically. An exceptional return of goods due to an error in the consumer's order, only with a return authorization accepted by the administration of Un Message de Vie / Religie Regina bv, will involve a discount of 30% of the purchase price per unit of the consumer as management costs and repackaging of the item. The discount percentage may be changed by Un Messagede Vie / Religie Regina bv, without written notice to the customer. The risks and costs of return are also the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or broken items will not be refunded.

Only products returned whole, in their complete and undamaged original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Products that are damaged or have damaged original packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.
Article 15 : Rights of use
The right to use the products of UN MESSAGE DE VIE / RELIGIE REGINA BV, as well as the products distributed by them, is granted to the consumer on a non-exclusive basis.
Article 16: Force Majeure
Force majeure refers to all facts or circumstances that are irresistible, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, and beyond the control of the parties, and that despite all reasonable efforts to do so, cannot be prevented by the parties. The party affected by such circumstances must notify the other party within ten working days after becoming aware of the circumstances. The two parties will then meet within a month, unless this is impossible due to force majeure, to examine the consequences of the event and agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract will continue. If the force majeure event lasts longer than three months, these general terms and conditions can be terminated by the affected party. The following are expressly considered as cases of force majeure or accidental events, in addition to those generally accepted by the case law of French courts: blockage of transport means or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning strikes; interruption of telecommunications networks or difficulties inherent to telecommunications networks outside the control of the customers.
Article 17: Validity Statement
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are declared invalid or deemed as such by the application of a law, regulation, or following a final judgment of a competent court, the remaining provisions will retain their full force and effect.
Article 18: Waiver Statement
The fact that one of the parties does not exercise a breach by the other party of one of the obligations referred to in these general terms and conditions will not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the relevant obligation.
Article 19: Applicable Law
Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions. This applies to both material and formal rules. In the event of a dispute or claim, the consumer must first contact the company UN MESSAGE DE VIE / RELIGIE REGINA BV to reach an amicable settlement. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these general sales conditions will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Tongeren.
